Upper Thames Butterflies

The three counties (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire) are home to 43 of the UK's species of butterfly. Of these 40 are resident and 3 are regular migrants. There are two additional species which have probably become extinct in the region in the last fifteen years.
